Somewhere along the journey, we begin to venture out, and realize that there are so many things to be grateful for, and so many amazing experiences waiting to be received.
We begin to notice that sometimes it is just better to let go and trust in the Divine orchestrations, the Divine unfoldment, the Divine bliss and splendor that is our natural birthright as sovereign beings of light here on Earth.
When we begin to notice a need for greater fulfillment, joy, expansion, understanding, learning, growth, connection, and deeper meaning in our lives-- we may choose to safely explore the spiritual realms of consciousness and higher learning as a way to fill the gap, practice self-study, gain beneficial wisdom, clarity, and insights that ultimately lead us back to our natural state of being, and our deepest awareness of the love and the light that we hold within. This bolsters our faith and greatly enhances our overall state of health and well-being.
Taking that thought one step further...
Everything we do or may want to do-- begins by developing a sense of awareness. Awareness (for the sake of today's article) can be defined as observing ourselves, others, and our current reality and circumstances to better define, understand, and make sense of the world we live in.
Awareness is a state of allowing, a non-judgemental way of just witnessing ourselves and being present to see our lives from a higher perspective. This witnessing is a practice, an opportunity to find deeper meaning, joy, and happiness in our lives as well as an opportunity to decide what areas of our lives may need some reflection and refinement as we grow on our paths and come back home to ourselves on a deeper level. The process of becoming, the process of evolving, the process of growing as soul's and reconnecting to our "inner spirit/inner-being", can be greatly encouraging. This process can encourage us to continue to build strength and courage to take the next right step on our unique journey-- leading us on a path of self-development which greatly enhances our levels of "consciousness."
What comes after developing awareness? We start to develop "Consciousness"
We define consciousness as "a state of being", or a "level of awareness" that "helps us receive greater understanding and meaning by connecting to higher truths that greatly enhance our health and overall well-being." In other words, consciousness helps add value and better our lives in some way, shape, or form.
As we continue to take that concept deeper-- we may think of consciousness as a source of wisdom gained from experience, whether that be our own experience, or that of a shared teaching/transmission provided by a teacher, mentor, guide, loved one, or scenario for the sake of learning, growing, and evolving in a way that is perfect for all involved in each and every moment-- ultimately leading us to greater understanding, deeper meaning, and ultimately to self-realization of the infinite as we enlighten our minds and overcome our challenges.
It's important to note that consciousness is not something that we just hear and know (although that is one way of receiving)-- Consciousness is the felt experience and full integration of the true teachings and state of being, that allows us to apply this wisdom to our very existence through application.
It's like the puzzle pieces start to come together, we receive the "spiritual goosebumps" as validation, we see and witness the "lightbulb" turn on within our heads, and we are provided with an unexpected spiritual strength and determination that helps us overcome and instantly transcend our fears and worries, because we have assimilated a valuable, reliable, and consistent teaching, that has proven to be effective and reliable, and has the potential to add immediate positive results, health, healing, and a shift in mindset that helps us organize our energy and align us back to our "inner being."
Remember:
~When we connect with our inner being-- we know exactly what it is that we need, and exactly what we don't need.
~When we connect with our inner being-- we know exactly what our truth is, and we can let the rest go.
~When we connect with our inner being-- we can respond to any and all situations with greater clarity, calmness, and understanding, and be less swayed by the turbulence of the external world.
~When we connect with our inner being-- we are allowing ourselves to receive the goodness of our existence and share in the love and purity and allowance of each and every moment.
~When we connect with our inner being-- we feel a state of contentment, knowing that we already have enough-- That we are in an optimal state of co-creation, that we are back in the natural flow state.
~When we connect with our inner being-- Everything flows more easily and effortlessly. Instead of trying to control, we allow, and we begin to dance with the rhythm of creation-- dance with the divine orchestrations taking place each and every moment of each and everyday.
~When we connect with our inner being-- we truly know what is important and what is not important. We can more easily let go of the things that are occupying too much space in our world, and decide to focus on something that is more productive and conducive to the life we would like to experience.
Therefore...
When we need rest, we rest. When we need play, we play. When we allow, we participate and we receive. When we receive, we are also giving. When we are giving, we are happy. When we are happy, we have found deeper vibrational alignment with our inner being. When we connect with our inner being, infinite possibilities become available to us. We become more able to manage our time and our energy and we move forward with greater clarity, and renewed zest for the life we LOVE to live.
Screening:
So, what seems joyful and appropriate to participate in based on your current set of values, opinions, beliefs, and inner knowing? What brings the most joy and happiness to yourself and others? What are you ready for? What do you truly need? Where do you want to prioritize your time and energy? Are these thoughts helping you move towards the life you would like to live?
Then...
Ask, believe, receive-- and notice the nudges and support of the Universe helping you come back to your inner being and begin again, allowing the next right step, and then the next, to appear to you without even having to consciously think about it. Imagine yourself just living, exploring, seeking the good in it all, and watch your journey unfold.
This blissful state of being comes from staying connected with our innermost selves, and from that state of being, we are in optimal alignment to provide the greatest benefit to ourselves and everyone we come into contact with. We are operating from true vibrational resonance with our soul-- our inner spirit-- and welcoming in all the goodness, grace, creativity, and divine favor that is ready to be received in the present moment.
This is a powerful state of being to live from. To live in joy and harmony and be connected and loved and supported and cherished and fulfilled vibrationally, in ways that are most unique to each and every now moment.
To have awareness of this reality and this state of being is "consciousness in and of itself, in its most unique and undeniable form of pure ecstatic bliss."
Today, enjoy developing awareness. Just witnessing, growing, and experiencing life as it is. You may just learn something valuable and beneficial that helps you begin to live a healthier and happier life.
