DEVELOPING YOUR INTUITION – A RETREAT AT WILD RICE (BAYFIELD, WI)

If you’re feeling called to develop clarity and deep trust in your inner knowing, join Jennifer Gray and Cody Cooper for this special weekend retreat at the Wild Rice Retreat Center in Bayfield, WI.

Four days of daily yoga classes, meditations, workshops and reiki practices will take you on a journey of connecting to your energy body. You’ll walk away with more clarity in your life decisions, strategies for teasing out fear from intuitive knowing, and skills to continue enriching your relationship with your inner wisdom and intuition.

You can also schedule Individual Intuitive Readings with Jennifer and Reiki sessions with Cody (cost is extra).

WHAT’S INCLUDED

3 nights lodging, yoga sessions, Development Circle, workshops, all breakfasts and lunches, Thursday and Saturday dinner, workshop materials, Cedar Sauna, Rain Room and classes at the Wild Rice Retreat Center.

LODGING

Single Occupancy: A private suite in one of the TreeHauses. Each suite includes a queen bed and private bathroom. A separate floor with living space, kitchen, dining area offers beautiful views of the trees. Each TreeHaus has an outdoor patio.

Double Occupancy: A shared room in one of Wild Rice Retreat’s Rice Pods. The room includes two twin beds, bathroom, kitchenette, and a lovechair or loveseat. The rooms are designed to allow in natural light and have radiant heat in the tile floor.

NOT INCLUDED

Transportation to/from the retreat, transportation to/from excursions offsite of Wild Rice, costs associated with excursions/activities during free time, individual sessions with Jennifer and Cody and Friday dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once registered, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due March 9, 2022.

• If cancelling on or before March 9, 2022, all but $200 deposit will be refunded.

• If cancelling after March 10, 2022, 50% will be refunded.

• There is no refund for cancellations after April 7, 2022.

AWAKENING THE TRUE SOUL SELF – A 5 DAY RETREAT (SEDONA, AZ)

Have you been feeling drained, lost or disconnected from your Self? The way back to your True Soul Self can be found in this five day/four-night retreat in the mystical Sedona AZ with Jennifer Gray and Cody Cooper. Get ready for a life changing experience!

You’ll experience daily yoga classes, meditations, workshops, and time for journaling and self-reflection. Each day will include a different excursion including awe inspiring sites, hiking in the famous vortexes known for healing mind, body and soul, and time to experience the local cuisine and shopping on the strip.

You can also schedule individual Soul Readings with Jennifer and Reiki sessions with Cody (cost is extra).

LODGING

Moondance Sanctuary and Transformation Home is a short 12-minute drive to the action of Sedona, and 5 minutes to Red Rock State Park and Crescent Moon Ranch. Enjoy these beautiful properties off the beaten path with breathtaking views of Red Rock Country (including Cathedral Rock!).

​

These properties include a meditation room, jacuzzi/hot tub, swimming pool, wifi, direct TV, and plenty of space for lounging. In addition to the almost 3 acres of fenced off property, you’ll get access to a nearby creek front property for water recreation exclusively for guests.

​

*Please note there are several bathrooms in each Moondance and Transformation Home. Some are shared and some are private to the room.

Flights, travel insurance, transportation to/from the retreat if not using the group van, costs associated with activities and meals during free time and all lunches (as these are during free time).

Stay with us in Nosara,

Dear Soul friend,

We are reaching out to you to be one of 5 participants to join us on a “Loving Awareness” retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. March 23-30, 2022. You can see the beautiful private home we will be staying in at the link above. We will be hosted by Holly’s dear friends Grace and Chuck Scott. The ocean view home has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and lots of community space both in and outside of the house. The retreat cost will only be $1500 as 4 of our 5 participants will share a very large room with a lovely large bathroom. It has 1 King size bed and 2 singles. Perfect for a group of friends or meeting new ones. That is the room we have left to fill. We are choosing a Wednesday to Wednesday as airfare is much less with a direct flight on Sun Country from Minneapolis.

Besides a yummy morning and sunset yogic experience with us, you will receive 4 dinners and 7 brunches all by our Vegan chefs. We will dine out at two destination restaurants in Nosara (both with spectacular views) and one in town. All the food is local and fresh!

Chuck and Grace will arrange our Covid test to get back into the U.S. That cost is approximately $120.

Transport from Liberia, Costa Rica depends on how many of us arrive and leave at about the same time. It’s a 2 ½ hour drive to paradise. 2 people in a cab is $75 each. It will be less expensive the more people can carpool or we can get a van. Our host will assist in scheduling this travel.

There will be an artisan flea market on Tuesday (not to miss). Other options for your enjoyment are a sunset cruise (Holly saw two whales and many dolphins swam playfully around the boat last March. It was titillating to say the least). We can go to a sound bath or have an on-sight Cacao Ceremony. There is boutique shopping in town and of course more delicious restaurants and bars. There’s surfing, zip lining, horseback riding, massages, boogie boarding, walking on and playing in the amazing beach or you can relax and hang at our private ocean view pool. All are walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride accept the cruise. You can rent an ATV or bike for the week if desired. Nosara is special!

Private sessions of Reiki, Ohmassage and Thai yoga massage will be offered by both of us throughout the retreat at your convenience to help you embrace self-care in the deep healing blue zone of Nosara.

​
